All construction works below were completed on 23rd June as per contract programme:

• Support and classroom accommodation of 1450 sqm on two levels
• Training Halls of 2300 sqm consisting of Scaffolding Training Hall and Multipurpose Training Hall
• Covered storage area
• External Training area
• On site parking
• Soft Landscaping
• New EDF Substation

Currently in progress are:

• Works related to installation of shelving units in store rooms due to late issue of ANC
• De-snagging

Handover has been postponed until the Client provides utilities (gas, water, power, and BT) to allow for Final Testing and Commissioning. Anticipated date of completion is the end of August.
